Three games, nine points. that’s all Mikel Arteta needs to become a Premier League legend. He’s been chasing this moment for four years, and with Arsenal steamrolling Fulham 3-0 at the Emirates yesterday, they’re now six points clear at the top. Of course, some people are already dreaming up parade plans in North London, but the realists keep reminding everyone that City still have two games in hand. Even so, you can feel it, the pressure just shifted onto Pep Guardiola.

Let’s talk about Viktor Gyökeres. He’s been an absolute force. Yesterday, he scored twice against Fulham, his season numbers are wild. He’s the reason Arsenal splashed out big money. His physical game has taken Arsenal from just slick passing to straight-up dominance in front of goal.

Arsenal 3-0 Fulham had Arsenal owning the ball (64% possession) and putting nine shots on target to Fulham’s two. Martin Ødegaard was everywhere, racking up two assists and barely misplacing a pass all night (94% accuracy).

But there’s no time for celebrating. Champions League semi-final, second leg, Tuesday night, Atletico Madrid. Last week’s gritty 1-1 in Madrid means the tie’s wide open. Word out of London Colney is Bukayo Saka picked up a little knock, but he’s pushing hard to play. So Arteta has choices: does he stick with the fast, aggressive team that destroyed Fulham, or does he try to control the midfield and outthink Simeone?

And yes, people are already buzzing about “the Double.” Arsenal haven’t looked this bulletproof since 2004. With City heading to Everton tomorrow and facing a tough match, Arsenal fans are hoping for some Goodison Park magic. If City slip, the title moves even closer to the Emirates.

Here’s what’s coming up:

May 5: Atletico Madrid in the Champions League semi-final
May 10: West Ham in the league
May 17: Burnley in the league

So, Gunners fans, is this finally the year? Are we about to silence everyone and pull off the Double? Or will City’s games in hand come back to bite us again? Let’s hear it. what do you think?
