Paris Saint-Germain have scored in their last 34 home league-phase matches, while Barcelona have gone 17 Champions League games without a clean sheet, UEFA statistics show ahead of Tuesday’s meeting in Paris.
The PSG vs Barcelona Champions League match is at Parc des Princes on Matchday 3 of the league phase. Kick-off is 22:00 EAT (21:00 CEST, 19:00 UTC), according to the Barcelona and PSG websites.
Both clubs have six points from two games. PSG have scored 10 goals and conceded three, while Barcelona have scored nine and conceded two, based on UEFA’s results.
The streaks behind the PSG vs Barcelona Champions League match
UEFA’s match preview says PSG are unbeaten in 12 Champions League games, with eight wins and four draws, since a 2-1 loss at Sporting CP in January.
Barcelona have won their last five league-phase games and scored 19 goals in them, UEFA said. They have also conceded first in eight of their last 11 Champions League matches.
The two streaks point the same way. If PSG score, as they have in each of their last 34 home league-phase games, Barcelona’s run without a clean sheet will reach 18.
Ousmane Dembélé has scored in six straight Champions League appearances, matching Kylian Mbappé’s French record, UEFA said. On the other side, Lamine Yamal has 12 Champions League goals as a teenager, one short of Mbappé’s record of 13.
How the two teams have started
PSG beat Slovan Bratislava 6-1 on Sept. 9 and won 4-2 at Manchester City on Oct. 14. Barcelona beat Feyenoord 5-1 on Sept. 9 and won 4-1 at Galatasaray on Oct. 13.
The table sets out both clubs’ results. Scores come from UEFA and club fixture lists, and the goal totals are our arithmetic.
| Team | Matchday 1 | Matchday 2 | Points | Goals (for-against) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PSG | Won 6-1 v Slovan Bratislava | Won 4-2 at Manchester City | 6 | 10-3 |
| Barcelona | Won 5-1 v Feyenoord | Won 4-1 at Galatasaray | 6 | 9-2 |
Both arrive from league wins on Oct. 17. PSG won 3-1 at Strasbourg a week after beating Le Mans 3-1 at Parc des Princes, according to the club. Barcelona won 5-2 at Real Betis.
Barcelona have won nine of nine in La Liga, scoring 39 and conceding nine, which equals Real Madrid’s record start from 1968/69, the club said.

a scoring streak against a clean-sheet drought
Set side by side, the numbers pit a home side that always scores against a defence that has not shut anyone out in 17 Champions League games.
The sides have met 16 times in UEFA competition, with six wins each, four draws and 29 goals each, UEFA said. PSG won the last meeting, Barcelona 1-2 PSG in the 2025-26 league phase. In the 2023-24 quarter-final, Barcelona won the first leg 3-2 and PSG won the second leg 4-1.
The match carries several personal links. Luis Enrique coached Barcelona from 2014 to 2017. Ferran Torres and Dro Fernández have moved from Barcelona to Paris, and Dembélé also played for Barcelona, UEFA said. Lionel Messi played for both clubs, and our look at the GOAT debate covers that career.
Luis Enrique spoke about Yamal at a press conference published by PSG.
